Hey all
Im wondering where r US spec E60s made? BMW has a plant in the US right? So are US E60s made in the USA? or still from Germany?
If still from Germany, has the recent spike in Euro cause US dealers to raise retail prices? This is whats happening in HK, the BMW dealer is using a rising Euro as excuse to raise prices as the HK$ is pegged to the US$....

Well, my understanding, and I can verify later today when I get the factory tour, but in the US they only manufacture the X5 and Z4. My 5 was manufactured in Dinglofing(spelling), i.e. Germany.
The hour is nearing.

You are going to love your 545. It is awesome. I have 4,600 miles on mine. I still look forward to driving it at every opportunity. It is a great car. My new Motorola RAZR V3 works great with it and is a spectacular cell phone.
