URGENT: BMW only replacing the tensioner and not the belt

My Ride: 2010 535xi, White/Black M Sport, Confort Access, PDC, Nav
The only reason I suggested buying the belt is my 2010 535xi has only 1 (one) belt. That would be removed to change the pulley.
