Updated Sirius Module/Radio?

We all know since Sirius changes their channel lineup some years ago we only can get the original channels. Does anyone know if they offer an updated module for the E60 to take advantage of the expanded channels?

i have been researching to add sirius to my 2010 535i. an updated receiver was just made available first of the year. should be the latest and greatest. cost is about $1170 @ dealer.

I'm sure you could get the module off of ebay and install/code it yourself for WAY less than that.
