I updated the sticky for Service Bulletins in Dealer Purchasing & Service Forum today, 6 Oct 2006.

Also added a Target Data Status to PROGMAN (formerly CIP) cross reference. TDS is the only data that comes from the service center diagnostic systems when they check your car and or do an upgrade. Some techs and SAs are smart enough to translate for you, but many are not and have no clue what CIP version you are on. Always ask for a copy of this at the time you put your car into service - either a Measures Plan or Final Report.
