Undercarriage leak
Just seeking some help with my 06 550i m/t . I had the car parked for a while and realized the guard under the vehicle and had some leak indication. The ground had some residue so im just wondering what could be leaking. I just want a heads-up before taking the car in the garage.

There is no way we can tell from a picture. You got to poke that shit. you'll be able to tell then if its water or oil. and yea.. your tire is SERIOUSLY soft..

I would fix the tire first since you need it to make it to the garage.
Yes you do need to physically be there to see what it is but I'm seeing the leak coming from the back so I highly doubt that it's water unless you moved the car. Poke, rub your fingers together and smell it then you will know what fluid it is. The garage is not needed for that that.
