umnitza 530i mtech rear bumper
Hello folks! I had a shop paint and install the rear bumper but on the battery side there is a bigger gap then the other. I've heard of a "battery cover" that needs to be removed in order for the flush fitment? If anyone has experience with this issue would you kindly shed some light to see if this is the solution? Maybe a pic of said cover would help, thank you guys!

you can either cut the stock battery cover or order a new OEM one made for the mtech bumper. also did you buy the recommended 2 side brackets and middle guide bracket for better fitment?
I haven't ordered the 3 brackets yet, I will soon but I just wondered if there was another
reason why it wouldn't sit flush. The body shop guy said that maybe that's how the bumper is but I wasn't buying
that excuse, although he made a good point saying that there is no way to adjust the sides because they clip in and your done.
