hi guys .. i was wondering if anyone knew how the tyre pressure sensor works on the e60 LCI model ....
incase your wondering its for a project i am doing in university .. in a couple of years the government of dubai may even implement my groups research ..
we are working on how to stop overloading on heavy vehicles..
so if you do know the inner workings of a pressure sensor ... i would like to also know how the sensor comunicates with the car ... like how does it know there is flat ...

In the EU E60/61's it works using the ABS sensors.
When the pressure in the tire gets lower the radius get smaller and the ABS sensors react.
