Tyre pressures are shown on the label on the drivers door pillar.

really, it's not in your manual?

It's on page 188/189 via this pdf. of an 06 e60 manual:

If you cant find it anywhere, you can calculate it yourselves with spreadsheet I made.
In this I use the same formula as the European car-manufacturers use so the savest known calculation at the moment.

Disclaimer: though it is the savest way to calculate, there is always a chanche of filling in the wrong data or a fault in the spreadsheet. Using the right tyre-pressure for the conditions stays your own responcibility, and I can not be held responcible for possible wrong outcome.

in this map the spreadsheet and an example with 2 pictures of it.
If you cant work with it give me the data mentioned on the first opening sheet of the spreadsheet, and I will use it as an example here.

+1 to what people said before. also, if you have aftermarket wheels you may need a slightly different pressure. for example, if you had 17' wheels and now running on 19' then you may want to put a higher PSI.

also, slightly higher PSI can prevent bending the rims, can improve gas milage, and make tires wear not as fast
