Two new problems with my fairly new car (HELP)
Just got a 2102 528I with only few thousand miles on it from the dealer. (It was sold as a new car according to the title)
1st problems is my navigation zoom in and out works very slow and it has almost 6-9 seconds delay when you zoom in and out. Dealer has updated the S/W but they are trying to convince me this is normal, which is not as this is my 4th BMW. Even my CCC DVD base runs smother. Scrolling through menu works fast when I spin the I drive nob, but when I run navigation and zoom in and out has a long delay to refresh from one scale to others.
2nd problem, the car seems run very rough when you go over any bumps, no matter small or big bumps. It is very uncomfortable to hear the entire suspension shakes. Tires are run flat Continental with excellent condition, but this is not ideal of comfortable luxury car.
At the very beginning, car pulls toward right a little bit, and dealer aligned the tires with some other adjustment to the suspension that helped fulling toward right a little bit but having a rough drive over a bump it is annoying.
Dealer has look at car 3 times for a long time and still can't find any issues.
Any suggestion greatly appreciated.

My CIC nav has zero lag. Have them show you another car on the lot for comparison. Something does not sound right. I would recommend another dealership.

I agree, although I can't say zero lag, but it would probably measure out in less than a second. Maybe you can go back and compare the situation to another car on the lot. I checked in our F10 and I would have to say its really almost instant, even my e60 CCC is just about as fast.

Thank you guys, BMW is going to replace the Idrive that I don't think it is going to fix the issue. I will keep you guys posted once I got the car back with result.
