Trunk opening after I lock my car

Hello everyone
I have had this issue with my trunk opening after I lock my car. I press the lock button on my key and it locks. I hear the beep and everything is fine, trunk is still closed at this point. I walk off to where ever im going. Then when I return to my car the damn trunk is wide open.
I really dont know how much time would have past when the trunk mysteriously opens, but I would say any where between 5-15 min. Im glad I didnt have anything of value in the trunk or I would have been SOL. I was wondring if the great people of this forum knew of a solution. My car had about 65k miles on it.

Titanium Silver Metallic, Black Dakota Leather, Dark Poplar Trim, Steptronic, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Bluetooth, Adaptive Control Xenons. 10/30/07 Added OEM 124s with 245/40/18 & 275/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. Are you 100% sure you're not accidently pushing the trunk button when you, say, put the keys in your pocket?

+1 ^^^ I actually used to open the doors accidentaly by putting the keys in my pocket. I had a couple of scary moments because of that, i thought somebody was kind enough to steal everything in my car and then shut the doors afterwards

The following software errors were corrected with the release of CIP 13.2 (Target data Status E060-04-09-504).
1. Total or partial failure of displays, functions or backlighting in the instrument cluster. The displays/functions
start working again after the vehicle enters sleep mode. Various CAN message errors are stored in the fault
memory, e.g. "0xA3B2_CAN ID 130 Error Failure Message Terminal status" or "A3B4_CAN ID 21A Error
failure message lamp status".
