My baby trembles in the morning for about 1 min after cold start. Anybody has this problem? BMW couldn't diagnose the cause of this problem. Strange...

Please describe what you mean by "trembling".
My 520 is fine first thing in the morning.

Doesn't sound right to me. I have no such problems and I consider myself very picky when it comes to the slightest of such problems. Could be an engine management problem.

hack man, bmw used the computer to check and they found nothing. It was in the workshop for 2 days. This morning, the same thing happened. Could it be fuel pump faulty? If they can't resolve it, I am going in to write in to complaint.

Strange. high end model like 545 does have this problem. I checked with some of the e60 owners and they don't have this problem. Quite inconsistent

How do you notice the trembling?
Where do you notice it? The stick, the pedals or in the entire car?

What is it comparable to?

My car doesn't have the stumbling problem but the rpm hand does seem to surge on occassion at a light i have not yet determined if it is the aux fan comming on i cant hear it or feel it but can look down and see the rpm hand raise and lower 5 maybe 10 rpms then it goes away. I am getting tired of takeing this car back and forth to the shop as it is so far away and the closer shop is garbage it has to go back again for another tcu malfunction only dials 911 not the assist people radio reverting back to track one again and the seats do not move automaticlly with the keys as the manual and dvd states and the sunroof does not close with the key off love the car but would like to drive it more

It is the entire car. The car was like shaking and going to dead but it doesn't. It will ok after awhile. Another problem is everytime after the car gets started, during the first 100m, the car has jerky feeling. After awhile, it is ok. Strange.
