Transmission misbehaving
 

I am currently experiencing, some issues with the 6HP19 transmission on my 530i, it is driving well, but when approaching a stop, when I brake to come to total stop, just before stopping fully, it bangs into 1st gear. Am not sure if am explaining this right. It is mostly like it's changing down to 1st way too late. Did anyone else experienced the same thing before?

Hey, I would suggest replacing transmission oil and checking and cleaning the solenoids in the valve body. If any solenoids need replacing, do so. If this doesn't help the issue it may need a new set of clutches. Hope this helps

Just replaced transmission fluid, around 2 months back. Will check the solenoids.
