i have some transmission issues started yesterday
this is exactly what i have
when you start the car for the first time of the day , put in D - no problems , after 30 min driving i stop put it P - all good , 1 min later i try to put in D - switching to P right away (Reverse - same ) sometimes to N . if i turn off car and start it 5 min later - same thing , all good at the beginning but after some driving same issues.
don't have tools to get the code …
any ideas?

Damn, I wish mine played music like that! I have an 08 535 sports tranny and a few weeks ago mine seems to be doing the same thing. Can you read the stored codes? Mine ended up being the sealing block underneath the module. Looks like this block goes bag by cracking etc and doesn't allow the pressure to get where it’s needed. The fix doesn't seem to be too difficult. Drain fluid, remove pan, remove module R/R sealing block then reinstall with a new pan and fluid. Parts are around 300. Dealer fix seems to be around 1200-1800 and tranny shop should be in the range of 500-800. Like I said, mine seems to be doing the same as yours.

Ah, the ZF guy is coming for the car in about an hour and will take it home and return it tomorrow. He told me the issue can come and go until it eventually fails. When I go in my car after my trip it ran ok for about a mile then the light fault lite came on again.

Pavrom, you have an electronic connection between the shifter and the actual transmission (aka "fly by wire"). That video would make me suspect a fault in the shifter assembly rather than in the transmission itself. The shifter assembly has been known to fail. Just a guess based on that video.

could this be fault of the programming ?
i did SAT retrofit , coded .. just noticed that i don't have s1 s2 s3… in sport mode , i have m1 m2 m3..
i think they guy who coded for me missed something , could be something else …
it did not start right after coding though
