Front license plate solution
My BMW 528i 2008 doesn't have front license plate holes, but I recently got a ticket in CA, and I need to mount license plate so that ticket can be corrected, I hate to drilll holes... Please suggest solutions which you have used personally ! really appreciate your help.

I had the same issue with my new front bumper so I went for a magnetic solution.
I bought it from a German shop (as I'm German) and it doesn't look like they ship to the US. I'm sure there are some US-based shops who also offer that.
Just look for magnetic license plate holder, I'm sure you'll find something.
