TPMS malfunction and as well as other malfunctions

My Ride: 2007 530xi, alpine white, dakota black interior, nav... stock.
Just a couple of days ago, I got a TPMS malfunction light and it hasn't gone away since. What's weird is that occasionally I would get "PDC malfunction" and "windshield wiper malfunction" as well. Not only that, the clock was automatically reset. Just wondering how serious this could be. I'm definitely bringing it to the dealership since It's CPO.

Likely a battery issue, particularly given the "clock reset". With a battery on its way out, lots of different errors from electronics - search the various battery threads.
