Default Tpms

Hello.. Is there anyway around tpms sensors? Liek having the car coded to not use it or something?

I just put new rims on, but they are just for the summer in my shtty pothole state. So I'd rather not keep swapping from the stock rims. And I would really love NOT to spend 200 dollars on new ones

Not a huge deal.. Just a tiny (!) on dash... But still annoying.

In my opinion, TPMS are an easy and convenient way to alert you to a sudden or slow loss of air pressure ... instead of rolling on a soft tire until it is damaged beyond repair. I've found, even when paying close attention to how the car is driving, that it's difficult to tell if a tire is going soft. It's even more helpful is you're somewhere hunting for a air compressor at midnight rather than changing a flat on a dark side street!

Sorry, can't help with any coding solutions; but, since you don't say what type of summer tires you are running without TPMS, I wanted to point out that TPMS is essential if you run on Run Flat Tires, since a visual inspection cannot tell if a tire is low. Otherwise, a frequent visual inspection should suffice to tell if a tire is getting low.
