Well, it's the fault of one of the drivers, that's for sure.

They're telling the truck driver's version.. once the guy
get's out of his critical situation, he'll probably have a
story just as good.

Then they'll haveta figure out which one they wanna
go with...

What an idiot. Here's what he did:

Totaled an E60
Endanger the driver's life, destroying the goods inside the truck, ruined the truck and/or trailer
Damaged used cars on a lot x 3, thus lowering the value and income of the owner of the dealership.

It's best he died, I know I would have wanted to if I was to be liable for the expenses of the damage.
