I finally found the sweet spots on my car--with my 19's and PS2's. The "backwards" rears 32 psi and fronts 34 psi.

I set mine a little low, 32/37 PSI. The runflats are harsh enough without inflating them to 36/44 PSI. And, although it happens, I rarely make it over 100MPH.
