Hi guys,
the warning for flat tire came on today while I was on the freeway after picking up someone from the airport. It felt okay at first, then it felt really bumpy, and eventually rubber flapping sound started. My tire is run flat and I made it back home. Now my question is how good is each of these tires?

Are any of these run flat?
Also, I was thinking of getting non-run flat tires for better ride comfort, but after this incident today, I find having run-flat more...reliable (in a way). Is it possible to have tires that are more comfortable than what I have now and still run-flat?
I drive a 2006 550i with sports package.
Lastly, I live in Tustin area. anyone know any place that can install tires for a good price?
Thank you so much.
