Well equipped. Let the mods begin!
Hey...
It occurred to me today as I think about tint...I'll bet ya can't add a tint film to the windshield on cars with HUD.
Is this a correct assumption??

HUD equipped cars such as mine, come with a special HUD compliant windshield. I woild definately lay a piece of tint over the area that the HUD is projected onto to test if there will be any adverse affect on the HUD image before I went full blown tint on the windshield. There is a special coating on the windshield that with any "normal" windshield would cause the display to not show as sharp, you can still see it, just not as sharp.

That makes sense...I'll just test it with a small piece when I decide to look into tint.
I am not a fan of dark tint (but still legal)...but we'll see. I've still curse the really dark tinted cars when I am on my bike (motor) because ya can't tell if it's some kid texting or the zillion other flippin huge distractions that people manage to find while driving...really makes me nuts.
