Tint %?

For those of you with beige interiors and are tinted, what percentage did you go?
I had 20% done on my car two weeks ago and they look more like 35 or even forty due to my light interior. I was thinking about redoing them five percent, but that's hard to see through at night.
Any thoughts on what percent would be dark with a beige interior and still be comfortable to drive at night?

My Ride: '08 528i, Alpine WHITE
I have 5% all around ( except the front windows- illegal in NJ) and 20 % on the moonroof. You get used to the tint after a while. Just back up slow until you get your distance gauged! lol

I have 70% on the rear doors + rear window ,, 50& on front doors and 10& in front window ... I can't be any happier .. but offcourse the heat would kill us without tint in the summer ..

I jus did 30% all around except the windshield and i think it looks great and hopefully i wont get bothered by the coppers

My Ride: C32 AMG fully modified - 535i Sport, work in progress
I have 15% on all windows, although technically illegal here in MS. My interior is the dark tan/coffee color (can't remember BMWs technical color name). The back windows are darker than the front because they already had a slight tint from the factory. I really like the look and it does help control sun glare and temps.
Had cars in the past with 5% and it was difficult seeing at night if backing up or making sharp turns anywhere that's not extremely well lit. I don't recommend going 5%.

i had 20% on my e46 which had beige interior and u are right at times it looked like 30%.. and I'm in your shoes ..my 530 has the same color (beige) and i was actually thinking of going 5% rear and 30% fronts..

Are you guys going with regular tint at local tint shop? or using Llunar ceramic tint?
I am also in NJ and thinking about going 20% backside and 30/35% driver/passenger window...since its illegal.
cheapest i found is about $ 120 all around here in NJ.
