Time for service.. Are my issues really normal?

I had iDrive saying that next oil change was due in 3K miles, had the car go into service for some other issues, told my SA about the oil change, he checked and said "Sure, we'll change it". I guess not doing it would mean another visit in a few more weeks so he rather do it that time

Let me know what they tell you about the steering wheel rattle, I have something very similar.
