Those black inserts in the 545 / 550 rear bumper cover

My Ride: 2004 BMW 545i Sport
What do you call those black inserts in the 545 / 550 rear bumper cover? you know the ones some people replace with red reflectors. They are stock black. Anyone

My Ride: 2004 545i Platinum Silver Metallic Gray Dakota Leather, Premium Pack, Premium Sound, Logic 7, Sport Pack, Navi, PDC, Sunshades, Cold Weather and HUD. 56k miles Feb. 2011
I bought one pair from a local dealer and replaced the ugly black cover my self. They were about $30 a pair.
