Is there Force Feedback in I-Drive?

I?m just wondering if there should be any Force Feedback " kicking in " at any stage during operation of I-Drive?
For example when reaching the end of a scroll down menu etc. I have heard and read about it, but never felt in on my car.
Maybe in the manual? I?ll have a look.

The I-drive of the 7 series has force feedback, but my dealer told me that BMW removed it from the 5 series.
To be honest I really like the force feedback from the 7 series' I-drive, so I really hope that BMW changed their mind and added it to the 5 series. Taking delivery in 2-3 weeks, so I guess time will tell.

Sounds like they are lifting the 7 series idrive and plonking it into 5's with pro nav. Another example is the PDC display, rather than square blocks the widescreen version draws a line, difficult to explain but easy if you see it.
