My Ride: Currently MB SL 500 Roadster
Next: 2009 535i. Hopefully summer '08
I've been posting questions for awhile now and all of you have been great with your responses. We were debating between an E60 and MB350. We settled on the BMW but not an E60. I was browsing some other forums and saw and ad near us and went to look at the car. It is an '03 M5 in Carbon Black. It was too good of a deal on a really nice car to pass up. So, we ended up making a deal that night. So, no E60 but an E39 with a 396hp motor. Thanks again for all the responses to my questions. Maybe in a few years, a new F body will appear in our driveway!

Thanks all. It really was a great deal and the M is as fast a car I'll ever need....for now! 100 is just seconds away and I've been there many times already. Of course I'm not racing and there are very few cars around me. One early Sunday morning I'll get the urge to open her up and let her breathe and get some exercise. We'll see.
