Hi guys!

I'm planning to retrofit CCC module in my car which now has the Business Navi (606A option). I found a CCC module, which I want to test before buying, but how can I perform this on my car and be sure that everything is OK.

I have some ideas and questions, correct me if I'm wrong.

First I would like to expose my action plan:
1. Attach the CCC but without the FAN (hopefully it won't burn for 5 minutes).
2. Code my car with NCS Expert -> Remove $606 and add $609, then factory reset for the CCC modules in the CAS. I think their total was 5. Should I do it in the LMA also?
3. Performe some tests via INPA. Can you suggest some? Test the radio, CD (with audio CD), DVD (with map) .... I'm open to suggestions here!

QUESTIONS:
1. Is it possible to see something on the 6.6" screen, just for testing, any picture at all? Or do I need to find a 8.8" screen and attach it for the testing cycle?
2. Can I use the iDrive Low Controller (which I have), instead of looking for iDrive High Controller. As far as I know, the High controller supports diagonals in order to navigate thru the Navi map, am I right? If so...it should be possible to use the LOW iDrive knob for basic functions (source change, radio station change etc.).

Hopefully I expressed myself clear enough so you guys can understand my ideas and guide me thru the process.

P.S. I'm planing to burn a Verbatim DVD with IMGBURN (application), speed 8x, this is the lowest I support, but for my E39 it was working flawlessly.
