Suspension Problems?

Hey guys, I have a 2004 525i and everytime I go over a small bump, it makes a click noise and it sounds like it's coming from the suspensions of the right side both front and back and it's really annoying 
.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

I have the same thing in my car. I have always wondered what it was too. Tire shop said its the springs and struts.
I have driven it for over 2 years with no other side effects. I can live with it for that much.
