Default Subwoofers doesn't work, when I disconnect amp nothing changes. Please help

Hi Everyone, this is my first post. I am gonna give short info about other issues maybe it can be related. So, I have a 2008 e60 535i LCI, the sound system is a standard Hifi system with a small amp. I bought the car used with 69k miles. The previous owner changed the ccc system with the new original unit I think this can be a source of the problem. My usb port charges phone but when i put usb drive it says it doesn't support it. My aux doesn't work. But it is not gray on idrive. I don't have option to check oil on idrive as well. Why I am telling all these because I suspect that when they replaced ccc, they could do programming wrong or something

So the Problem: Subwoofers don't work and there is no bass.
What I did:
1) I checked the fuses and they are good.
2) I removed subs they are also good not broken wires or anything. I put another sub and it also didn't work
3) I put the exact same amp from Junkyard it also didn't work. And when i was swapping i realized that when i disconnect amp there is no ay changes on sound

I am looking forward for you help. Thanks to everyone who is gonna invest their time

Sounds like you need to find someone to code it. If you teach yourself, you'll most likely pay more sweat money than it's worth to learn.

hi, thanks for reply. So you think amp doesn’t work because it is not coded to ccc?

That is one possibility.
