Default Strange transmission noise (video attached)

Hi,

I have a 2007 525i with 232k miles on it
I got changed transmission fluid, all sleeves, and selenoid.
This noise started 10k miles after all this stuff. I complete adaptation reset with inpa.
Noise from 3rd to 4th gear and 4th to 3rd gear. Both downshift and upshift. Other gears are very smooth. I was trying record a video. I couldnt hear any noise in the video. Then I saw this video on youtube. I got exactly same issue with same gear.

If I dont push gas pedal while shifting, noise decrease.

Did you check your fluid levels and what BMW Fault codes are you getting?

So I been driving for 20 miles now. nothing changed. I have same noise.

What made you reset transmission adaptations. Did you open up the transmission and change clutch plates or something?

So you drove 10k miles with the fluid 2 liters low and you felt no issues with shifting. You may have ruined the transmission.

Thank you for response.

As much as I know, selenoids and transmission fluid replacements are enough reason for reset.

Yeah I dont have any problem except 3rd to 4th noise. I drive too many bmws. So other gears are like they should.

Yeah I'd have an indy BMW Mechanic take a glance at it to see if something got ruined.

Default Did you ever resolve this issue

I have a 2010 bmw e60 m sport with the same issue , vibration under armrest at acceleration from 2nd to third and 4th , if I don’t accelerate hard than it is less wild. Checked guibo and serviced tranny. Only one last thing to check center bearing bushing

Good guesses - I'd look at the rear diff bushings as well, though it could be a whole lotta other things (anything that can transfer drivetrain vibrations to the body, including bad control arm bushings),
