In my 530d i have a strange noise coming from around the cd slot or dvd slot. Look at the video and try to help pls. Anything is appreciated. This happends when the car is turned off and I have battery draining issues so could this be one problem?

 

It would be a good idea to figure out the battery draining issue first.

 

Yes but i thought the sound of something turning on and off or whatever it could be might have something to do with the battery draining issue

 

BMWs tend to act possessed whenever the battery has issues.

 

Im gonna test my battery with a tester and see if it is just the battery thats bad. It was 3 years warranty on it. It was replaced in 2023 so if it is faulty i will get a new one.

 

Make sure to perform a Battery Load test. I'm not talking about CCA (Starter Load) test.
