On which model? I cut off the muffler and welded tips on my M5. I've heard and made a video of an M5 with just cats when he was getting RPI sections 1-3 installed.

We ran my 07 550i with only headers (after pulling out the OEM exhaust manifolds) for a very short period of time just to see how loud it was. There were no cats or exhaust installed. It was quite loud. Sounded like a race car and you could feel the idle in your chest if you got close to the car. Crazy.

No videos. It probably would have sounded horrible had I taken a video in such short proximity anyways..like trying to record the audio of a car with a very loud stereo.

i've seen some videos on youtube.
Try searching for "BMW no exhaust" or something like that.
It sounds like a race car :-)
