Hi All,

I bought 2nd hand (2004) 530d E60 one month ago. Car had regular inspections in BMW, I've checked evertyhing before a decision.
First day after purchase I went to Austria for one week holiday, driving the car mostly on highways and I was amazed by the car.
But when I got back to Warsaw and mostly I drive in traffic jam I started to feel fumes inside the car. I feel them when I drive very
slowly in traffic jam or even when I pull out from parking lot. I'm sure that fumes are from my car, not from other cars, as I made
a test driving slowly and stopping on parking lot and I felt fumes. When I drive on highway I don't feel anything.
Also I checked that this stink doesn't come from exhaust, so it's seems it somehow comes from engine chamber and goes to ventilation
system. BMW checked exhaust system and they claim is tight. They recommend to exchange microfilter (cabin filters), but first I think
it has nothing to do with my problem, second computer shows that filter should be replaced in 30k km.

Can you suggest me anything? It's even dangerous for a life to drive such car I think. Maybe it's someting with DPF? Maybe previous
owner chipped the car and DPF was somehow domaged?

Best,
Mario
