I keep tellling you guys...with two daughters in college, the only mod I could afford was the red Euro reflectors.......about $25!! The dealership installed them for me for free, or I'd be completely without mods!! As soon as I get my girls out of college......then I'll start thinking about spending more money!! In the meantime....if you guys want to take up a collection for me.......ummm.....I could start with the M-Aero Kit......maybe some 166s........new, no RF tires......Fred could put in that back up cam for me.......now if you did that.....you would really be respecting your elders!!

I'm thinking my next mod will be....ummm....an M5?? Unless, of course, I'm too old to drive one!! It would have been fun to see an M take the Angeles Crest drive!

Doh!!! That's right. You did mention that before. I think I'm the senile one here.

A bunch of e60 M5 owners were talking about a drive at Angeles Crest this weekend but they eventually settled on PCH starting at Malibu, I think.

You know....I like the drive along PCH at Malibu up to Oxnard....but...ummm..it's a drive more suited to....oh....a Camry than an E60.......no way you could drive as hard as we did in the hills....and what's the point in that if you are driving an M?? I may be old, but even I see the sillines in that......why not just park!! I agree, Eric.....they totally settled!!

Officially hijacked!

None of them have ever been to Angeles Crest, so they don't know what they missed out on. And we sure aren't going to volunteer any information, right?
