First, I would like to thank everyone on this board....for the past several months we have learned a great deal about bmw's, from selecting to purchasing to maintaining, and everything in between. This experience has really enabled us to become educated consumers...and again thanks to everyone, and made our buying experience much simpler, and enjoyable.
Ordered our vehicle (actually wifes car....she lets me wash it), end of October and took delivery December 13th, and in the month we have had it, are appreciating it more and more each day. Quite an impressive piece of machinery. We have been impressed to say the least.
My question: with the car in the garage, ignition off, fob in the house, and the steptronic in the "park" position, the "P" is "illuminated". Have we missed this for the last 30 days? Or is this normal..? Wife says she hasn't noticed it before, but wasn't looking for it either. Anyway, you know how you get when you notice something like this.....it's like hmmmm?
Anyway...appreciate any help.
