Steering wheel shaking after putting on after market wheels

Has anyone experience steering wheel shaking after putting on after market wheels from OEMWHEELSPLUS?

Did you use hub centric rings?

What wheels did you put on

like MrNeef said...You probably need hub rings.

Your wheels are probably riding lugcentric and not hubcentric . In order to fix you need a hub centric spacer to center the bore of the rim on the hub . This should fix your vibration.

I got the F10 M5 rims. It fits right on to my factory hub rings.

Ok so the rings are out of the picture . The balancing is good I take it ? Does it happen while braking , driving or both ?

lbredefe 06-18-2013 11:38 AM

sounds like balancing. i'd bring it back and get it redone.

Balancing is good I'm kinda sure. Had it done 3 times and at the local BMW dealer. Wondering if it's my control arms?

MrNeef 06-18-2013 01:43 PM

Yup then the arms would be next. Or ball joint maybe

Thanks guys...I will check the control arms tonight.
