Same here. 2006 550i, steering seems loose, no active steering. I had the dealer check it out and they said everything was fine, I also had my independent check it out and he said all the suspension components are tight.

Soon, I will get an alignment. Hopefully, that will tighten up things are indicate if I have a bent control arm or something.
