Thumbs up

Hi,

Yesterday i noticed that my steering wheel is not fully horizontal when driving in a staight way. (slightly twisted to the left)
What kind of calibration has to be done to fix it?

With conventional cars, front-end alignment can often affect the steering wheel alignment. But with active steering, there may be additional issues. Maybe the dealer should investigate it for you...

One of the notations made on my work order this week with the software upgrade to 13.3 was "Drive and reset steering angle sensor." Have no idea what that involved, but would surmise it to be after the fact settings by the dealer.

Rudy posted the steering angle calibration procedure the other day, for use after disconnecting the battery. Search for threads on auto-dimming mirrors - that was the topic.

Thanks for the replyes.

The problem was solved free of charge at the dealer.
The car had to be connected to a terminal to solve the calibration issue.

Hi today I had an upgrade to V13.3 and it seems to me that at low speeds turning the streering wheel is heavier. I have Active Front Steering. Anybody else did notice this after a sw upgrade?

Yes, it's heavier. But it's ok because, before it was too light for my taste.

Heavier than older SW versions but not heavier than V13.2 or a couple of revs prior. I prefer it.
