Hi all

I have just done major overhaul for my 06 525i with all control arms, bushing, tension struts except for those KW coilovers what are still good and the front tie rods.

Now the car runs perfectly except for a minor point. When I turn the wheel to the right for about a quarter, I heard click and the wheel shakes a little. The rattle goes away once I steer pass that point. I can feel it whenever the wheel get to that point. Any ideas what the issue might be? Should I replace the tie rods and the problem mightgone?

What steering overhaul requires on E60 at this age? I just replaced the steering pump and reservoir with new fluid 3 weeks back.
