I have noticed 3 or 4 times since I got the car that when i jump in the car and start it that the radio fm presets don't show on the screen. I just get the standard search bars above but below where the stations show it is blank or its scrambled. I wondering if it has something to do with when the car goes to sleep.

It happened sometimes to me (on Business model with nav pro).

First time I wait, and after a night "sleep", in the morning, powering up the car, stations reappeared.

Other times I used this trick:

pass from FM ,where were forgotten preset stations, to AM play a few with AM stration then come back to FM and preset reappear.

The very few times that happened to me this "method" worked.

are you sure you are not using the different key with before? because each key keep the memory of fm presets.

Ricky, thanks! I will try this when it happens again...
Also, I always use the same key everyday. It has happened to my wife as well so I don't feel its the keys...

It's a software glitch. It has happened to most of us before. I have seen it like 8 times in the last two months. And yes, same key every time. Hopefully the new software version (v12) will address it.
