I finally installed the SSTT that I took from my 335i and moved to the 535i. I finally have no reason whatsoever now to miss my 335i...THIS BABY HAULS ASS NOW just like the 3 did! ![Dance](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/dance.gif)
Install was not nearly as easy as in the 3 but still easier than I thought, taking only about 25 minutes. Not bad for me, because I suck at being auto mechanically inclined.

nice congrats, hope you own or have access to a BT cable to clear codes just in case...
also: getting to the tmap sensor is pretty easy once removing the air box....here's my DIY for that, just in case you want to remove the SSTT before service...

the SSTT 1 was never confirmed for throwing codes. And just for peace of mind a BT is a small price to pay....

if you don't want to find one, take a look in the regional threads of e90pospts and see if anyone local to you has one, or if not, see if you want to share one..
the regular BT allows you to scan up to 4 VIN's
the BT Pro is unlimited....you could always buy a pro and offer up scans to local members for a small fee
