What's up gentlemen. First a little background. My vehicle was dropped with Eibach Pro-Kit a couple of weeks ago at a local wheel and stereo shop. The technician wasn't a novice at installing lowering springs, but it was admittedly his first BMW. Last week I had a creaking noise from the front right which he promptly corrected (stated something was binding?) Then a couple days ago, I notice what I can best describe as a barking or squeaking noise from the rear of the car. It only occurs at low speeds, and seemingly on uneven pavement. The video I linked below is going up my driveway which has some uneven portions at the joints of the concrete slabs. The first noise you will hear is the brakes, but the second and third set of noises are occurring with my foot off the brake leading me to believe there is a problem with the rear shocks. I wanted to get any of your opinions on the cause or source of the noise as it is nearly impossible to purposely make it sound. I don't want to take the issue to BMW for obvious reasons, but I also don't want to go back to the shop that installed the springs without knowing the source. Thanks again for all your help.

Jason

.....pop goes the weasel! Sorry, that's what the 2nd sound reminded me of....the old crank box toy. That is quite an odd sound. I mean, it sounded like a spring-popping noise for sure.

I wonder if your rear struts are binding. Did they come with rubber insulators installed near the top section like these for my M5?
