Everyone has a different opinion and I'm just trying to find what the majority has to say. Coilovers are really expensive and springs are cheaper, but when i ask my friends they say springs die faster and you have to buy shocks and struts? i dont know anything about lowering cars (Sadly
),but i drive my car everyday to commute so should i even bother lowering my car? oh and i already have sport suspension...

If you purchase just springs and use your OEM struts you will need to replace the struts since the two weren't made to be used together. Springs + Shocks are going to run around $800-1000.
What are you trying to accomplish? Just lower your car? Why do you want to lower it?

I used lowering springs on my car then totally realizing I made a mistake when I went to go race the car at one of the local autox events I say coilovers and if u look around enough you can find some for a very good price but your still looking at the 800-3000 dollar range for them depending on how crazy you wanna go. Ontop of that Coilovers are adjustable so u can adjust them to the way u drive the car and the ride height you want

I am going to use coilovers so I can adjust the height if I want to. As a previous member said you can get coilovers priced not too much more than springs/struts.... KW / Ksports are brands that many use.

I went with Ksport coilovers. After factoring in the cost of the H&R springs, new Bilstein shocks and the labor to mount the springs on the shocks, I don't have a spring compressor, I decided to go with Ksports and just do the work myself since its a straight swap no spring compressor needed.
No complaints here.
I can jack the height up to OEM or slam it to the ground. You also get 36 levels of adjustable dampening with the Ksports.
No complaints here.
