On page 54 of the 5 series manual, the book says "Press the SPORT button. The LED in the button lights up. With an automatic transmission: Activating the Dynamic Driving Control activates the Sport program of the automatic transmission. This makes moving the selector lever form Dto M/S unnecessary."

How come I do not see the "SPORT" button is 545 steptronic 6? I only see the button in the SMG version.

Is it possible to order the 545iA with the Sport steering wheel as seen on 645i & 545i SMG?

 

Only if you have SMG do you get a sport button. Steptronic has no sport button.
