i just got the car and no it does not have cold package

For the 2010 year - 18" wheels are standard on the M-Sport package, and 17" wheels are standard on the standard non-M Sport package.

That is for the x-drive models only which also do not get the Sport suspension or Active Roll Stabilization (ARS) for either sport package.

The i models get 18" wheels for both sport packages.
