Sport mode stay on after shifting from reverse

My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.

Just noticed that the sport mode returns to sport mode after shifting into and out of reverse. Shifting into reverse used to cancel sport mode. Must have happened after the last software update.

I wish it could default to Sport mode when the car starts.

I think after 16.x it starting doing that and even if i had it in D1 and goto reverse it'll go back to D (automode) instead of reverting back to Manual!
