hi ,
wanted to know if anyone of you guys , got the probs like i got this morning while drive at the speed of 80 KMH suddenly the speedo needle drop to ZERO , then quickly it goes to 80 again.
any one experience this?

Never had this on my e60, but have heard of similar problems in hot, humid climates on many European-built cars. You may have corrosion in your sensors and/or cables that are getting the readings from your wheels to your speedo. A friend of mine had similar issues with his speedo and central locking in an Alfa in Malaysia, and they found significant levels of corrosion in electronic points. He basically had to have the vehicle stripped down for a complete re-cabling of certain systems.
