I am about to place an order for a 520d M sport with Business nav. Does anybody know if it will provide warnings / locations of speed cameras in the UK? I am prepared to order full bluetooth and telematics if this provides a enhanced solution.

None of the BMW Nav Systems have speed camera information on them. It is possible either to put them on yourself, if you a little bit computer literate. Do a search on this site and BMWLAND and you will easily find the information on how to do it.

Alternatively you can buy upgrade discs which do the job for you. There is one such provider advertising on the opeing screen of this forum, but I don't know how reliable they are. They are charging 99GBP I think. I have seen other providers from as little as 18GBP. Some of the same people are also offering to upgrade the system to 7 digit postcode search also. I suspect that some of these providers may be infringing copyright though. The basic speed camera info is available fairly cheaply, but I haven't found a legitimate postcode database for a price that would make some of this offerings legal.
