Speaking of rubber trim, Headlight trim?

You can replace the gasket but you need to remove the head light. It has 2 screws holding it in place on top and two nuts along the bottom. I took mine out when I was resurfacing them and took the seals off to clean behind them. You can remove the seal as it has clips that snap into place. It's part #6 in this diagram and cost about $15.00 per side. You will need a left & a right one. You might want to see what they dealer wants for the seals first. Looks like an easy replacement.

Thank you
I have removed the headlight a couple times in attempt to get the headlight perfect. I just have to see what it will cost at the dealer. Our dealers here tend to charge at least 20% more than retail for some reason so I'll see...

Can you take a picture to illustrate?
I had a customer come in to do eyebrow mod, and his headlight trim was pretty much melting away. At the end, we just ended up taking the top off entirely, and with the hood closed, it actually looked fine.
