Hi all,

I have VMR V710 19" on my bmw 2004 525i. I put hub-centric rings but the car still vibrating when I drive. I believe I need to get spacers but I dont kon what size fits. Do you guys know what is the difference between the 12mm, 20mm etc.?
if u could tell me the right size I would really appreciate that
btw the exact wheels size I have are:
19*9.5 ET 22 for rear
19*8.5 ET 20 for front

Thank you

IMO you shouild not "have" to buy spacers to remedy this. Did you contact VMR and ask them? I've heard of a few people that have/had these issues. Search "vmr 710" and PM some owners if you don't get better responses... good luck.

was it from a business or a private seller? did you inspect for small cracks, etc? these wheels have been known to crack which could in fact cause vibration.

what type of hub rings did you install (brand and material)? Are you sure they are the correct size?

Spacers would not remedy this problem IMO....

have a read thru this thread: https://5series.net/forums/topic/776...th-new-wheels/

I have doubt about the quality of the rings installed. I got them from a local shop and I believe he didnt have the right size and just gave me the closest size. I believe the size i have is 74.6 I really dont remember.
btw I bought another rings from ebay size (72.6)but it was too small, i got the wrong size. Do u kno the right size?

thank you

You need to get plastic hub rings NOT the crappy metal ones VMR, AG, Miro, etc provide. You need 74.1 to 72.56 or 72.6.

Also, are you sure the wheels are properly balanced?
