Default SOS notification and no bluetooth

Last week I got an sos call notification and now my Bluetooth doesn’t work. Everything else works properly.

Swapped out ccc unit to make sure that wasn’t the issue. All fuses good. Replaced Bluetooth module with one from ebay(it was used so could be faulty). I’ve tried the loop bypass on the Bluetooth module with no change. The replacement Bluetooth module was the same part number, does it need to be programmed or plug and play?

Any suggestion where to check next. In the meantime I’ll return the Bluetooth module and order another one.

The TCU doesn't need to be programmed to work. It just needs to be programmed to show cars VIN on the bluetooth name.

When I 1st plugged in the replacement Bluetooth module a puff of smoke came out. Later I realized my radio volume and air condition stopped working. Blew a few fuses. I’m getting a headache. At some point the phone tab on the Bluetooth setting activated but deactivated shortly after and haven’t been able to repeat. Going to replace fuses later on today

I see the flashing red optic light when I unplug from the Bluetooth module and logic 7 amplifier. But no light when I disconnect from the satellite module. Is the correct order for the optic loop is it goes from the ccc to the logic 7 to the Bluetooth to the satellite and then back to the ccc?

and does anyone have a download file for ista?

Replaced a couple fuses and replaced Bluetooth module with a working one. Everything works now! Made a YouTube video to help the next guy out
